How does Statusphere work?

Once accepted, you’ll fill out a profile so we can find the right collabs for you. We’ll email you as opportunities arise that match your profile. You opt-in to the ones you want, in exchange for posting on select social networks (typically IG or TikTok). We ship the products in your StatusBox so you can try them & post the content by the due date. Click here for more info on how it works.

Why was Statusphere created?

Statusphere was built for creators, by creators to save time finding quality products and brand collab opportunities.

Instead of the brands picking you – you pick the brands. No more painstakingly applying for collabs, just to be rejected. At Statusphere you are matched with products based on your profile. Choose the ones you want and skip the ones you don’t – no downsides, no extra work!

What kind of brands does Statusphere work with?

We work with a wide variety of brands across industries including beauty, food, fashion, lifestyle, home goods, parenthood, pets, tech, and more. Some brands we’ve worked with are Cosmopolitan, Health-Ade Kombucha, Milani Cosmetics, and many more!

We pick the brands featured based on strict criteria. Because we are a company created by fellow creators, it is extremely important to us that we provide you only with products that are the highest in quality and value.

How do I join Statusphere as a creator?

Start by filling out our creator application HERE. Once we receive your application our team will review within 3 business days and you’ll hear back on its status soon via email.

What are the requirements to join Statusphere?

Our system reviews authenticity, engagement, and content quality for creators applying to our network. Members must have a combination of all to be approved & stay eligible for collabs. Members must also meet and maintain our Community Guidelines.

I’m not based in the US. Can I still join Statusphere?

We only work with US based creators currently due to shipping costs and delays. But we’re working hard to expand internationally. If you apply and meet our network requirements, we will keep you on a list and reach out when we have opportunities in your area!

Are there any fees for creators?

Membership to our creator network is 100% free and there are NO fees to join. We will never ask you for payment of any kind.

I’m having trouble submitting my application. I need help!

We’ve got you! Please email us at statussquad@joinstatus.com with questions regarding your application. Please send over a screenshot/screen recording of your issue if possible.

How do I know if my application has been accepted?

You will receive an email on the status of your application once it’s been reviewed. We accept applications on an ongoing basis and typically get back to you within 7 business days.

Our system periodically re-reviews applications, but if you feel yours needs to be reviewed again, please email us at statussquad@joinstatus.com.

I got an email saying I’m on the waitlist - what does this mean?

Our system measures a multitude of criteria to determine acceptance including engagement rate, content quality, audience, etc. while also taking into account the current brand collabs we have available. We always want to ensure members have a positive experience and there are enough campaigns & products matching a profile.

Our system will continue to re-review your application and inform you when accepted. In the meantime, if campaigns arise that match you, you’ll be notified!

How do I get started working on brand collabs with Statusphere?

After being accepted to our network and completing your profile, you will receive an email when there are collabs to select that match your profile. You can see these by logging into your Statusphere Profile and opting-in to the ones you want.

Do I get to choose which brands I collab with?

Our system automatically matches members with products based on what’s filled out in their profiles and what campaigns we have available.

Our campaigns run on a cyclical basis so once you’re matched, those will be the matches you’ll see for that period. You’re always welcome to discard a match using the discard button if you’re not interested. And you can always skip boxes if you’re busy or don’t see anything of interest.

Does Statusphere offer paid collabs?

Every collab opportunity is different – creators can receive an average of $300+ in value per month between product, gift cards, and bonus rewards. It all depends on how many collaborations you decide to opt into! Unlike other platforms, we match creators with pre-approved collabs so you get to pick what you want and skip when you aren’t interested.

What is the typical length of a collaboration?

Once opted in, you typically have 2-3 weeks until the content is due. Deadlines will always be stated upfront in the campaign information. StatusBoxes ship quickly (typically received within 2-3 business days after placing) and tracking information is shared via email.

How and when will I know if I've been matched with products?

As there are campaigns that match your profile, you’ll be notified via email when there’s some to select from. Once matched, you’ll see these products in your Statusphere Profile and opt into the ones you want.
